في ليلة من اجمل الليالي احتضنت قاعة ولايف بالمدينة المنورة الحفل الذي أقاموه قبيلة البوينات من بلي بمناسبة ترقية سعادة اللواء ركن / صالح بن عائض البويني البلوي
حضر الحفل عدد كبيرمن الشيوخ وعدد من المسؤولين وكبار الشخصيات

ابتداء الحفل بآيات من الذكر الحكيم ، وبعد ذلك استمع الجميع لنبذه عن حياة سعادة اللواء وسيرتة الذاتية خلال دراسته وحياته العسكرية المليئة بالدورات والخبرات وتقليده عدد من المناصب القيادية .
ثم القى الرائد: عايد بن سليمان كلمة ترحيبية .
الإبداع يحضر في ليلة الإبداع والنجوميه مع الشعر وكلمات تعتبر بأجمل الألحان ، حضر الشعر وتقدم الشاعر علي بن عائض البويني بإلقاء قصيدة بهذه المناسبة ، وتتالت بعد ذلك حروف وكلمات شعرية القاها عدد من الشعار المبدعين ، الشاعر عبدالله بن حمود البويني ، وكذلك حضر الشاعر المبدع والمتالق محمد بن عودة القويعاني وكذالك الشاعر محمد سالم التلفية وشارك عدد من شعراء القبائل ،كما تضمن الحفل شيلة من كلمات الشاعر: عواد بن مكازي البويني

وفي ختام الحفل تم تقديم عدد من السيوف والدروع التذكارية والهدايا لسعادة اللواء ركن / صالح بن عائض البويني البلوي
ثم توجه الجميع لصالة الطعام لتناول العشاء .
