أدت كثرت المتنزهين الذاهبين إلى جبال اللوز للاستمتاع بالأجواء الرائعة بفوضى في حركة السير التي تسبب بها مئات المواطنين القادمين من تبوك و حقل و بعض مناطق المملكة مما ادى إلى استنفار الجهات الأمنية ممثلة بالدوريات الأمنية و المرور و الهلال الأحمر.
و قد شهد طريق تبوك ـ حقل كثافة من المتنزهين لم يشهدها هذا الطريق من قبل ، كما شهد الطريق العديد من الحوادث المرورية التي باشرها الهلال الأحمر و دوريات أمن الطريق.
وقد قامت دوريات مرور حقل بالتمركز عند تقاطع جبل اللوز وإغلاق الطريق مساء هذا اليوم.
